Here at the Folly, we like to take our food seriously. Head chef David Horak and I go out of our way to source local ingredients wherever possible thereby supporting the community that we live in and reducing the distance the food travels to get to your plate.
Our menus have been created in order to show ingredients off to their best but with imagination and flair to create something a little special.
